Response time

We aim to reply to all emails within 2 business days (Brisbane time, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Please include your order number if your message is about an order.

Complaints

We want to fix problems quickly and fairly.

  1. Tell us. Email shop@ensphere.com.au with "Complaint" in the subject line, your order number (if any), what went wrong and what you'd like us to do. Photos help.
  2. We'll acknowledge it within 2 business days.
  3. We'll investigate and reply with a proposed outcome, aiming to resolve it within 10 business days. If it will take longer, we'll tell you why and keep you updated.
