We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We do this even where a small-business exemption might apply to us.

We collect most information directly from you. We also receive some from our service providers (for example, delivery updates from carriers, and ad performance data from advertising platforms).
You can browse our site without giving us your name. We need your contact and delivery details to fulfil an order.
We don't intend to collect sensitive information (such as health information). Please don't send it to us.
Cookies and tracking pixels
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to:
- keep the site and checkout working (for example, remembering your cart);
- understand how visitors use the site (Shopify analytics);
- measure and improve our ads, and show ads to people who have visited our site, using tools such as the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and the TikTok Pixel;
- understand how people interact with our marketing emails (Shopify Email).
Where our site shows a cookie banner, you can choose which non-essential cookies to allow. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and TikTok account settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site (such as checkout) may not work.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- process, make, deliver and support your orders, including returns, refunds and warranty claims;
- communicate with you about your order or enquiry;
- send marketing, if you've agreed to receive it;
- run, secure and improve our website, products and service;
- prevent fraud and misuse; and
- meet our legal obligations, such as tax and consumer law.
Marketing and unsubscribing
We'll only send you marketing emails or SMS if you've agreed to receive them, or where the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) otherwise allows it. Every marketing message identifies us and includes an easy way to unsubscribe. We act on unsubscribe requests within 5 business days. You'll still get messages about your orders.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed with service providers who help us run our store:
- Shopify (our e-commerce platform, including checkout, hosting, analytics and Shopify Email);
- payment providers, such as Shopify Payments and its processors, PayPal and buy-now-pay-later providers like Afterpay;
- print-on-demand partners that make and pack your order: The Print Bar (Australia) and Printful;
- delivery carriers, to deliver your parcel;
- advertising and social media platforms (Meta and TikTok), to measure and target our ads;
- other apps we use to run the store, such as product review, email marketing or customer help-desk apps, which receive only the information they need to provide that service;
- professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers), and government agencies or others where the law requires or allows it.
We don't sell your personal information.
Overseas disclosure
Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia. The countries most likely to be involved are:
| Provider | Likely countries |
|---|---|
| Shopify | Canada and the United States, plus other countries where Shopify and its sub-processors operate |
| Payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay or similar) | Australia and the United States, and other countries where they operate |
| Meta (Facebook, Instagram) | the United States and Ireland, and other countries where Meta operates |
| TikTok | Singapore, Malaysia and the United States, and other countries where TikTok operates |
| Print-on-demand partners | Australia (The Print Bar); the United States, Latvia and the country where your order is printed (Printful) |
We take reasonable steps to choose providers that protect personal information to a standard similar to the APPs.
Automated decisions
We don't currently use computer programs to make decisions about you that could significantly affect your rights or interests without a person being involved. (Our payment providers run their own fraud checks on payments.) If that changes, we'll update this policy to explain what decisions are made this way and what information is used.
Keeping your information secure
We use reputable platforms that encrypt payment and checkout data, limit access to people who need it, and use strong passwords and two-factor authentication on our accounts. No system is completely secure. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we'll tell you and, where required, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. For example, we keep order and payment records for at least 5 years for tax purposes. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. When we no longer need information, we delete or de-identify it.
Accessing and correcting your information
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing shop@ensphere.com.au. We'll respond within 30 days. We won't charge you to make a request. If we can't give you access or make a correction, we'll explain why in writing.
Your privacy rights
Australian law now allows people to take action for serious invasions of privacy (the statutory tort introduced by the Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024). We take privacy seriously and aim to handle your information carefully and lawfully.
Complaints
If you have a privacy concern or complaint:
- Email shop@ensphere.com.au with "Privacy" in the subject line and tell us what happened.
- We'll acknowledge it within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
- If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC): www.oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
